Wash all parts thoroughly with soap and water.

Once they have dried completely, use a file to smooth out any rough spots on the outer surface of the bong.
Now, take your time gluing the enamel onto the stainless steel bowl. Be careful not to let the glue squeeze through the holes. When you’re finished with the enamel, put the bong into the oven to cure for about 10 minutes.
Once the enamel has cured, clean up the inside of the bong with alcohol wipes again. Now, take the inner core out of the bowl and carefully place it in a vise. Use a hammer to pound one end of the core until it is flat. Then, use a nail and hammer to poke holes along both sides of the core. This process will flatten the entire inside of the core.
When you’re done, fill the inside of the bong with water. Place the core back inside the bowl and wrap the rim around the core. Then, attach the inner bowl to the outer bowl with epoxy resin. Fill the rest of the space with water and wait until the resin has set. Remove the inner bowl and start over with another piece of core.
If you don’t have access to a vise, you can also use a drill press to flatten the core. Simply place the core on top of the drill press and slowly turn the handle until the core is flattened.
